Parish Activities

 

Liturgical Ministers
People of the parish are invited to participate in the liturgy by being communion ministers, lectors, ushers, greeters and choir members. Boys and girls in fifth grade or above are invited to be Mass Servers.

Preschool Program

The early childhood program will nurture the child's love of God, love of family, and love of learning. It will expand the child's world of ideas through play and discovery. The program will promote growth of the whole child addressing spiritual, intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development through developmentally appropriate activities. Parents will be supported as the primary teachers of their children.

Extended Child Care
Child care for children who attend St. Paul's School is available at the school from 2:40 to 5:15 p.m. Planned activities and snacks are provided. This is a self-supporting service for families attending the school.

Basketball Program
A basketball program is provided for boys and girls in grades 5 and 6 under the direction of Bob Doyle and Gary Ackers.

Choir
All members of the parish are invited to join the choir. Members hold regular practice sessions and the choir participates at the 10:30 a.m. mass during the school year. Members from the choir act as Cantors during the Mass.

Miscellaneous Programs
Bus transportation and a hot lunch program are provided through Macomb School District 185. Also available is a band program for 6th grade students.
